Defining & implementing strategic mobile growth initiatives to build adoption and
usage of Appetito Mobile App. & Applied a data-driven approach to developing
core growth + retention. Specific initiatives included:
- Defined and put strategies that were executed to scale Paid Social, UA
Campaigns and ASO strategies. Led and mentored the growth marketing team (5
FTEs) & Significantly improved reach and CVR, ASO and Media Buying
Campaigns through rapid experimentation (Sprint Testing).
- Developed a real-time notification strategy (starting with mobile push notifications
& sms’s) to deliver relevant, timely and personalized notifications to drive growth.
This initiative increased customer retention by 10% in absolute terms within 3
months of roll-out, reactivated thousands of dormant users, customers and
increased engagement and app usage frequency.
- Collaborate with the product team in testing analytics integrations, products feed
optimization and mobile app conversion rate optimization.
- Defined the overall Performance Marketing's creative strategy.
- Defined a successful strategy for launching a complete new website with a blog
to drive growth and leverage content as a growth engine by providing highly
relevant content to users & customers.
