UGC Credit Market Refund Policy

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE (THE "SITE") OR OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. This Agreement ("Terms") is a legal agreement between you and Stllr Network Inc. ("Stllr"), located at 651 N Broad St, Middletown, Delaware 19709. These Terms replace and override all previous agreements.

Public policy

You are entitled to a refund based on the service phase and payment method, unless stated otherwise in a signed and dedicated contract. Please review the criteria below.

Refund methods

Refund to Wallet (Stllr Network Wallet):
All approved refunds will be credited to your Stllr Network wallet. This balance can be used toward future purchases or services on the platform.

Refund criteria by service phase

Refund percentages may vary depending on the phase of the service at the time the refund request is submitted. Detailed conditions apply and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
