                   Creating a revenue stream from online ads, and moving one of Egypt's most
                   popular entrainment magazines from classic prints into the digital world, was the
                   challenge here.I was responsible for strategizing and developing the content of the
                   website and social media presence, and launching PR campaigns with the
                   country's biggest corporates and institutions.

                    

                   • I established the editorial direction and introduced new content, which allowed us
                   to get 

                   +12M monthly reach on social media, and +150,000 monthly visits on the website.

                   • After adopting the new content strategy, I was able to close deals with top real
                   estate developers, celebrity dentists and other luxurious brands, which increased
                   our revenue by 600% (compared to the printed publication's revenue).

             presence in MENA, so I joined as the head of Egypt, to open the market and lead:
             growth, operations, and partnerships in Egypt and other MENA countries. 



             • I am responsible for performance marketing, content marketing, SEO, affiliates
             and partnerships, influencers marketing, and e-mail marketing, in Egypt and
             MENA.


             • Localized the content of paid ads, SEO, push notifications and emails into local
             accents, which decreased the CAC by 42% and increased ROAS.

             • Implemented a new activation process, by conducting weekly activation sessions
             to teach new users how to trade, which increased the activation 13%.

             • Focused on activating affiliates, by setting a weekly meeting to help with creating
             more engaging content, which increased referrals by 30%, and avg. referrals by
             an affiliate 20%.
